To reset your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure link to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours for security purposes.
Navigate to Settings > Team Management. Click "Add Team Member" and enter their email address and role. They'll receive an invitation to join your practice. You can assign different permission levels based on their role.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and PayPal. For enterprise clients, we also offer invoicing with NET 30 terms.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.
Absolutely. VetPro is fully HIPAA compliant with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 encryption. We perform regular security audits and maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance.
Go to Settings > Data Management > Export Data. You can export your records in various formats including CSV, Excel, and PDF. You own your data and can export it at any time.
